This Giving Tuesday, help make addiction #Unignorable.

In Waterloo Region, addiction prevents people from reaching their potential every day. On December 3rd, your donation to United Way will help family members, friends, and neighbours who are struggling.

All it takes is $15.

Any donation you make on December 3 will go to our Addressing Addiction fund.
And thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, every dollar you give will be matched – dollar for dollar – to double your impact.

Together, we can do more.

Giving Tuesday is a day of powerful collective giving where every act of generosity is amplified by the sheer number of people joining in. Last year on Giving Tuesday, hundreds of donors across Waterloo Region came together to help surpass United Way’s goal of raising $10,000 to help fight the opioid crisis.

The funds raised were invested in local projects like the Water Street House Network to help those struggling with addiction. This year we hope to do even more. As the needs in Waterloo Region are increasingly complex, we hope our community will once again help us beat our goal of raising $10,000 for people in need.
